Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to us! We will accept items postmarked within 15 days of receiving shipment for credit or exchange only. Items must be unused and unworn, in new condition and returned in original packaging. Items received following the return period will be accepted at the sole discretion of Kind Karma Company. Earrings, gift cards and custom or made-to-order items are final sale.
Canceling an order:
Sometimes mistakes happen! If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing email@example.com. Please include your name and order number so we can find it quickly! Unfortunately, any cancellations received after 24 hours or that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
We are sorry if your piece isn't perfect! We would be happy to exchange your item(s) for exchange or store credit within 15 days of receiving your order. To initiate an exchange, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch.
Kind Karma gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or returned and we are not responsible for any gift card that is lost or stolen. We do not store gift card numbers so please ensure you do not lose the email with your gift card number!
Shipping costs are non-refundable and shipping costs incurred when sending items back for exchange or store credit cannot be reimbursed. Kind Karma is not responsible for mail that is lost, misplaced or damaged by any postal service or carrier that is sent back to us for exchange or repair.
All earrings and custom made items are a final sale.
We're all human which means we all make mistakes! Since our pieces are uniquely handmade, they can also be subject to human error at times and we are always happy to make it right. If your piece arrives broken, please send us an email and we would be happy to replace or repair the item.
Manufacturing defects are those that result in breakage at the time a piece is received (or shortly thereafter) that prevents you from enjoying your purchase from the start. Broken chains or damaged and dented components are not considered defective or the result of poor workmanship.
If you do have a piece that breaks (even if it is because you enjoyed it so much!), please feel free to reach out and we would be happy to let you know if we can repair it. You can learn more about repairs here.
