Shipping your order

Thank you so much for your order and we are excited to share our pieces with you!

While we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.  If you require a rushed order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Customized items or pieces made to order require additional time so please refer to the product description for an estimated timeline on when the piece will be completed. Custom products will ship 1-2 business days following production.

We advise that you double check to ensure all your shipping information is correct as Kind Karma is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses that match the delivery address on the order. Once a shipment has been confirmed as successfully delivered by the carrier, Kind Karma is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist with next steps.

Please note that orders placed during sale events or holiday periods such as Black Friday, Boxing Day, and World Kindness Day may require an additional 3-5 business days for processing.

 

Shipping Rates and Timelines: 

Please note that the shipping day estimates listed alongside the shipping options (i.e. 2 business days) refers only to carrier transit times and do not include processing time.

All shipping time estimates are simply estimates and can be subject to change depending on carrier volumes and service standards. Unfortunately, Kind Karma has no control or influence over third party postal carrier standards and their time estimates or guarantees.

 

Canada:

  • Free shipping on orders over $99
  • Canada Post Delivery: $10 and up
  • Courier service around the Toronto area through GoodFoot Delivery: $8 and up
  • FedEx, UPS, DHL and Purolator express shipping options: $20 and up

United States:

  • Standard USPS shipping: $6 flat rate
  • FedEx, UPS and DHL express shipping options: $20 and up
  • Please note that Kind Karma is not responsible for any duties or import charges levied by customs.

International:

  • Canada Post / Asendia: $15 and up
  • FedEx, UPS and DHL express shipping options: $20 and up
  • Please note that Kind Karma is not responsible for any duties or import charges levied by customs.

 

We use a third party shipping carrier for our shipping options in Canada and the United States so it may take a few business days for packages to be processed through the carrier warehouse before being scanned by Canada Post and USPS.

 

Taxes & Duties: 

Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes. Sales taxes will be added at checkout for orders being shipped within North America. Kind Karma is not responsible for additional charges (including handling fees, duties, & taxes) incurred by US & International shipments.

 

Order Pick Up:

Pick up orders are subject to the same processing times as orders that are shipped (1-2 business days).

Please wait for the pick up email before arriving at the store to ensure your order is ready.
