Shipping policy

We are happy to provide free standard shipping on all Canadian and U.S. orders. Shipping on international orders will be calculated on check out.

Please note that the complimentary Canadian standard shipping does not include a tracking number or a time guarantee and is shipped through regular mail (with a stamp). For tracking or a guaranteed time frame, we recommend upgrading to expedited shipping for Canadian orders. Delivery dates listed for these options are estimates by third party carriers and are not guaranteed by Kind Karma. Kind Karma is not responsible for delivery delays as a result of carrier challenges such as excess volume, seasonal delays or forces of nature, to name a few.

We strive to ship every order within 24-48 hours of being placed and orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks following the date of purchase, depending on location and shipping method. However, if you do require a rushed order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Since all of our pieces are uniquely handmade, we are always happy to accommodate custom orders. Please allow one week for custom orders to be processed. They are typically shipped following the one week processing period and will arrive 1-2 weeks after, depending on location and shipping method. If an order needs to be rushed, please let us know and we would be happy to see if we can accommodate the shortened time frame.
